Senior Odoo Implementer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Implementer to lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects for our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, managing data migration, delivering user training, and ensuring successful go-live.
This is a senior hands-on execution role — not a coordinator or assistant position. You will work directly with clients across multiple industries, translating their business processes into efficient Odoo workflows.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 3– 6 years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience (functional)
- Proven experience implementing Odoo for multiple industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, services, trading).
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, workflow diagrams, and SOPs.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo's ORM framework.
- Odoo Functional Certification (v16 or higher) is highly preferred.
- Experience with Odoo.sh or self-hosted deployments.
- Experience with Odoo Studio and basic customization.
